This place was extremely convenient for both a family of three and later four adults and a child. The beach is within an easy walking distance, making this a great option for city folk looking for a quick getaway. This was just an unfortunate issue for us and the property manager was very good about dealing with them- they were just very rude and inconsiderate tenants. - backs onto a busy road - property best suited to a couple - not much in the way of seating - could use another chair All in all a lot of effort has been made to make this a cozy and cute beachside getaway. ##### Allison N.
