Nice. Friendly. Convenient off I-80. Breakfast was very nice with different offerings every morning. Fresh and if you go on the early side. Then hot food is fresh. If you go late then eggs and meats tend to be dried out. Overall good variety of choices. They only clean your room every other day which was disappointing if coming back to a clean room is part of what you look forward to. It's very general cleaning though. Noticed that the tub had not been scrubbed out. Only the towels were replaced. The shampoo is in a big dispenser attached to wall so you won't get those travel sized toiletries which is something we look forward to getting. Staff was friendly and overall it is a good place to stay.

There was clumps of mud on the floor of our room; bed sheets had odd stains on them; pillows were couch throw pillows not standard size pillows; no fan in the bathroom which caused the fire alarm to go off from the steam created by the shower; main door lock jammed twice causing us to be locked out of our room and having to ask the cleaning lady to let us in.

Friendly staff at the check-in desk (sorry I did not get the young man's name), and clean, comfortable rooms. Spacious bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, and extra towels available on the shelf below the vanity.

If you don’t mind a little mold
Shower curtain had mold on it , direct tv didn’t work, room was ok at first glance but could use a good deep cleaning!! Breakfast was subpar at best

This hotel was clean, the A/C worked well and was relatively quiet, smelled good, and was overall a pleasant experience. The only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable.

The pool was very cloudy and their was a window broken I the pool area. Staff is nice but common areas seemed a bit dirty and dark. Could use a bit of an update. Lobby had nice couches but elevator and hall carpet could use a deep cleaning

No fault of the gentlemen who checked us in but the keys to the room didn't work. He said the key to the door has been broken for a while. He had to bypass the key card to get us in the room. Frustrating for us and the gentlemen you checked us in.

The property was fine. The cleanliness of the bathroom was debatable. Hair around- on floor, on tub, on toilet by the floor. The faucets weren’t clean… rather grungy. ONE pack of poor quality coffee in bathroom ( I guess that’s enough to say ’coffee in room’). Not super impressed

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately that was all that was good about this hotel. The pool was extremely dirty, had green slime at bottom of pool and a film of grease that you could see floating on the top of the water. The hot tub jets were broken and the water was not "hot". Very disappointing. Attempted to watch TV and the connection would not work. No ice machine on the 3rd floor had to go to the first floor just for ice.

Other than the visible hail damage this hotel was well maintained and clean. It’s not a 5 star hotel but for the price it is very good. I would stay here again. Of the 7 hotels I’ve stayed at this trip this was the best

Perfect for overnight stay on road trip
Hotel appears to be relatively new and well kept up. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and in good condition. Our visit was just a quick overnight on a road trip, but more than met our needs.

I had an unfortunate fall in the tub. The safety bar was mounted outside the shower curtain. Had it been inside the tub area, I could have avoided the fall. Everything else was great! Ron
