Very outdated and run down hotel. The check in lady was very nice but the facility needs some major attention. Their breakfast was granola bars, apples, and stale coffee.

upon check-in the manager asked for the 30.00 deposit in cash which I didn't have. Then she asked for my drivers license and a credit card to make copies of. After she made a copy she laid them where they were visible to the public. The next morning I checked out and asked what she was going to do with my DL & CC images. Shae said shred (now mine info was sitting in a basket with about a 100 others). I asked her to shred in front of me and after being scolded, she did it and the proceeded to scold me again. I really wish she spoke English enough that I actually knew what she said both at check-in and check-out. I will NOT be staying there again. The parking to was a hot mess, needs to be resurfaced for the safety of the people staying there.

Pl note that as er the law we have to keep dr lic .and we shred it in front of guest at sheding m/c kept at front desk.,at the time of chout.We collect minimum 30 deposit by cash or crcard and refund it at time of chout.This is secu deposit.Parking is recently resurfaced.

Felt unsafe, there are no locks on the doors, no chains either. Had to wedge a towel and a chair under the door to ensure safety. Will not stay here again

This property needs some tlc and cleaning especially the carpet in hallway is old and dirty. Not able to lock outside door entering building anyone can enter. Shower don’t shut off to go to bath water

I guess we didn't die...
Photos are very misleading!!! Dirty hotel, check in was difficult due to not understanding staffs language, breakast was nearly nonexistent-they had week old mini muffins and juice, very, very aged hotel that still allows smoking in some rooms so the halls smell of weed and cigarettes, no locks on doors besides the deadbolt, would NOT recommended nor stay again.

Last resort
He motel has smoking rooms, and the minute you walk in the lobby it reeks!!!! It is your. Last resort stay at this Super 8. Breakfast is coffe, power3ed creamer an mini muffins. Towels are extremely thin and the decor is so old looking it’s almost back in style. It was clean and comfortable but all smells of cigarette smoke.

This is a franchisee property. Nice family, local business so very important to support. Would like to see a focus by room on renovations to bring up to date. Possibly more of a breakfast offering. The only real competition is right across the street and small improvements would make a world of difference. Would suggest going completely smoke free as it is apparent in the hallways when walking. Great location. Right on 65 and close to the college.

We woke up to find we were bitten by bedbugs. My son's eye was swolen half shut. We are still fighting the bug bite reactions. The rooms are run down and dirty. I want a refund!!!

You could have told about airconditioner,we could have fixed it or given another room.Breakfast is ---coffee ,2 juice, granola bar ,muffins and fruit.,time is 6am to 9 am.you might have missed breakfast timings.sorry

The window air conditioner was not working properly and there was already an oscillating fan plugged in and running when we checked in. The room cooled down because the nights cooled down to a comfortable temperature and the daytime temps weren’t unbearable, but I am glad we aren’t staying there anytime in the next week because the area is going to be under a heat wave.

This is a well-managed hotel, watched over by a caring family that runs it. The staff is attentive and pleasant. This is not an expensive hotel, but you get more than you pay for. The customer service is superior, and the accommodations are comfortable and spacious. We will stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made me pay for additional people even though I had reservations for the amount of people that I had with me. On one of the hottest days of the summer the AC barely works, the carpet in the room felt like it hadn't been vaccumed for months if not years, I asked for non-smoking and got a smoking room that smelled horribly of smoke (my 5 year old daughter asked if we could just got home or at least sleep in the truck). Free breakfast in the morning was a crappy granola bar (didn't even bother). The shower surround had gapeing holes around the towel holder, the shower curtain bar was barely attached to the wall. When we showed up to check in the attendant ran off and came back like 5 minutes later, guessing after we got to the rooms that he went to turn the AC on because the rooms were hotter than the surface of the sun when we walked in. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE.

SERIOUS issues with sanitation. We asked for a non-smoking room, and we got a "non-smoking" room, however, the entire building smells like cigarettes. There was an active rodent trap in the corner of our room, behind a recliner that was FILTHY, broken, and clearly housed a rodent (we heard it scratching). I got a bite on my leg from something during the night. I walked across the street and booked a room in a neighboring hotel the next morning. I honestly feel sorry for the owner - I spoke to him the night we checked in. He seemed like a nice person who is WAY over his head owning a motel.

Horrible
Holes in blankets and dirty bedding. Vent fan and dryer did not work. Showere is built for a child. Ac unit sounded like it was falling out of the wall. Warm orange juice and granola bars for breakfast. Facility was trash.

Breakfast was a granola bar, there was no coffee 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. No room service for the entire weekend, had to hunt staff down to obtain clean towels in exchange for dirty towels. Had issues with our hotel keys not opening the hotel door and the staff said “what would you like me to do about it?”….?

I had no heat in first room. Moved to another room where there was no mini-fridge; recliner should have been put out to the curb. No ice machine, had to scoop ice out of a cooler (not eco friendly). Advertise free breakfast but only menu items were granola bars, donut holes, juice and coffee.

This hotel was gross. The front desk staff were rude. The bed was horrible. The lamp didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work right. There was mold in the shower floor. And on top of it all I was grossly overcharged. I was treated badly at check in because I had to change my reservation. I will never stay here again.

I will avoid this place in the future.
At first the staff was really slow to do anything. Then the staff was insulting by insisting on showing me every detail of their crappy room like I've never seen a hotel before. Then I realized the furniture was falling apart and left small wood ships all over my clothing. They were uncooperative with simple requests and quote rude about how they treated me. It's like they were trying to pretend that this was a high quality hotel when it clearly was not. I've stayed in many low quality hotels over the years, but this takes the cake for the worst experience that I have had in many, many years.
