This spacious, custom-built vacation rental offers a breathtaking panorama from every room in the house. Blue Horizon is the ideal spot for a country getaway, boasting a 10-acre property on a private road. Balance your busy vacation days with relaxation on the covered front porch, peaceful meadow strolls, and amazing stargazing opportunities. Quality time comes easy in the comfortable open living and dining area with a wood stove and satellite TV. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you'll need to prepare home-cooked meals. Retreat to the main suite for a soak in the claw foot tub and a good night's rest. While adults have the privacy of the main suite, the kids will love the adorable bunk room upstairs, where they can watch movies on their own TV. From the cleanliness of the apartment to the awesome views and location, everything was outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked and there where even games and children’s toys. It is just as pictured - very clean and bright. Mountain views are outstanding. Great sunrises and sunsets. LOVED the kitchen. We did a lot of cooking and the gas range is awesome. Beds are perfect - seem new and very comfortable. The location is more remote than we anticipated. It is about 30 min on curvy mountain roads to a grocery store like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. We stayed at this property during our spring break, needing to get away to a location not near a lot of people during the pandemic. This property was perfect for our needs. The house was exactly as it looked online, was open-concept and clean, and the furnishings were comfortable. The views were phenomenal. And our children loved the board games and Play Station -- extra bonus! Our only complaint was the clawfoot tubs. They help add to the farmhouse chic, but if we were to come back and bring grandparents, there would be no way that they would be able to get in/out of the tubs w/o assistance. One would be fine in the house, but to have two in both upstairs bathrooms without an easier shower option would be tough for our in-laws. For young, able-bodied people, go at it! ##### Annmarie B.
