"Beautiful hotel in the heart of krakow, within easy walking access of all the sites although in a nice quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even booked our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenhau for us before we arrived after I emailed them. Happy hour between 4 - 6 everyday was a bonus too. Booked bed and breakfast but decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the first evening, food was superb. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"This hotel is in a really convenient location, within walking distance to the market square and bars, restaurants etc. The castle and river are also very nearby. It's a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is really good too, well worth paying extra for. "Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back. "
