It has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay in Marseille.   
It is ideal for a romantic stay.

Located on the 8th floor with elevator, it comprises :  
\- a fully-equipped kitchen  
\- a bathroom ;  
\- living room with sofa bed for 2.  
  
The apartment is highly appreciated for its practicality:  
\- extremely bright thanks to numerous windows, not overlooked ;  
\- spacious bathroom/wc, open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette;  
\- the 25 m2 exotic wood terrace overlooking the whole of Marseille, from Notre Dame de la Garde to the Gare St Charles and the Vieux Port. This is a real living space as well: ideal for lunching, relaxing and extending evenings with a drink.  
  
The following facilities are at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, etc.  
  
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.  
  
Nearby:  
\- ideally located 5 minutes from the old port and 20 minutes from the Mucem and its river shuttles to Frioul, If, the calanques and Estaque ;  
\- the Noailles district, with its shops and markets;  
\- cinemas, restaurants, cafés - it's all within easy reach! And don't forget the lively Cours Julien!

\## Emplacement  
The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander.  
The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis. The public transportation is very dense in the 1st district, so the whole city is easily accessible from this place.

\-ligne M1 (Réformés Canebière station) at 7 minutes on foot.
