The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. While the location was near many sites, that entire area is dirty, loud and felt unsafe especially at night. I was very disappointed with the inaccuracy of the reviews that said it was in a great location but understand opinions are totally subjective. If you’re a female solo traveling, I recommend you look elsewhere. Again, the hotel itself and staff were nice but the location is terrible.

The dirtyness of some streets belong to the city council, things that we do not have access to act. Ashim was very sweet and nice guy that was at the reception Night Shift he was very helpful always smiling and professional .The guy who worked during the day was also as nice and professional I just don’t remember his name. The hotel room is very basic, but clean and I love that water pressure was really good and hot and we felt pretty safe even though the location has a hood kind of vibe, but it was totally safe to walk around even late at night and always find good affordable options for food

All went well. Achim helped me in my check in and check out. He was extremely nice, polite and helpful. The accomodation was super clean and organized. I liked the location as well. Super close to the port and all restaurants

The hotel was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately I got robbed by the hotel entrance door on entering the hotel early Saturday morning. Be aware there are wallet snatchers in the area on foot and moped. Having said that, the security guard was excellent in calling the police and walking me to the police station. The hotel staff were very apologetic and offered to help in lots of ways.. I cannot thank them enough. Please be aware of guys talking to you on approach to the hotel. They wait for you to take your room key out of your wallet and then they snatch it and run off then jump on their mates moped and speed off

Saddly as every big cities pickpockets are mostly in touristic places where they can genuinely act discreetly and fast. Nonetheless we are delighted that our friendly and effective night receptionist did assist you with all steps to make a statement and called police services for you. It is important to us to support each guest staying in our hotel, whether with the safety or other services. The hotel was great. But it was difficult to find and does not have laundry facilities Please update your exterior pictures to reflect your new entrance sign and paint scheme so it's easier to find Also. You indicated having laundry facilities. You don't. You have laundry service. There are no laundry facilities available for customers.

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming. Only suggestions would be covers for the breakfast buffet food, and non-dairy spread and milk and perhaps vegan cheese/cold cut substitutes at breakfast. Note that we had a room on the top floor but the lift goes only to the floor below. Room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was superb. The hotel is very central and just a few minutes from the old port.

Great location a couple blocks from the harbor with tram stops nearby. Fairly large bathroom, but just a shower. Room was cramped for 3 people. Overall the room was decent but basic.

Rooms are nice, shower pressure was awful and the shower head leaked. The tile needed a good scrub to remove build up that was causing mold. Around the fixture in the shower. Also no air conditioning.

says onsite parking. But not only no onsite parking, cannot drive to the door (no driving zone!) we had to drag our luggages walk all the way to the hotel. horrible! room is small.

Excellent hotel. Everything was great but above all the staff was so nice and accommodating. Even on our last day after checkout they offer to use the break room for coffee restroom and AC area to relax before our flight

The location is very good. The paid parking is in the underground parking of the shopping mall. The room was great for a family of 4 with separate room for the children.

Not worth the price
Over Priced!! Tries hard to be a classy Best Western style hotel but falls short. Shower you can hardly get into. Very noisy street. Location not very safe. Far walk to the station. Very very small. A d breakfast was horrible!! Fruit salad been there a long time it was all brown and slimy, one jam i opened was mouldy, had to cook my own egg in a bun steamer unit. Certainly Not worth the price.

Had to find something quickly to stay overnight and found this hotel like some other people sharing my destiny. Very frendly service. Hotel with very basic facilities and in the middle of very ethnic area. Vieux Port however very close. For short stays.

Good hotel for short stay.
We only stayed for one night in this hotel, but I'd say it was great. The only negative thing was that the air conditioning wasn't working (or we didn't know how to start it) and it was VERY hot. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We asked for restaurant recommendations and he gave us a whole list of places to choose and description of what food to try. Area of the hotel was very convenient as well.

No hot water for the 2 days we were there. Was promised at full refund but only got 30%. I would definitely chose somewhere else if I am ever back in Marseille again

Bike Friendly. Excellent stay & location.
Excellent location. Room is clean; bathroom, shower stall are new & modern; rainfall shower head has a very strong water pressure. Great location; walking distance to old port; hotel is in a vibrant community; near restaurants, boulangerie's, shops, etc. Allowed to park a bike in the hotel room; bike fits in the elevator. Hotel reception staff are friendly & speak fluent English.

All the staff were great and welcoming . Room was big with a window that opened to let cool fresh air in . Bed was comfortable . Shower was large with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. Location was 5 minute walk to port . Plenty of restaurants nearby. Loved my 10 night stay here at this hotel as well as in Marseille . I would definitely choose this hotel again .

Our room was very basic and we were okay with this however the bathroom, especially the shower curtain was yellow/orange and made us not want to use it. The staff however, ALL of them, were fantastic! Always smiling, happy to help and very friendly. The staff made our stay worthwhile!

Everything you expect from a hotel
It was a perfectly normal hotel. Clean, nice staff, tiled bathroom and a good breakfast. Everything you would expect and need! The only negative is that the room was not very sound proof, you could hear everything in the corridor outside and that someone was on the phone next doors.
