Spacious property, comfortable bed, adequate condiments for cooking, hot shower. Good WiFi, front desk available for most of the day & evening. However the curtains were virtually off the rails & the heating didn't work. Plus the floor wasn't that clean.

Had to wait thirty minutes just to get the key. There is no human receptionist so you need to call and call until someone finally picks up and tells you a code to access a lock box with your room key. All this at midnight. Not good.

Property was clean and close to airport. I won’t ever go to appartcity again due to the lack of communication with the staff as well as the arrogance of the manager in charge during our arrival. If you arrive outside opening hours, make sure you have ALL the codes to access the property (main gate, door and safe for apartment keys) or else you will end up outside for the night. Also, make sure you make your payment or else they won’t leave any of the above for you. I had to find out the hard way. Never again. I’ll stick to real hotels with 24hr nice and accommodating staff from now on.

Terrrible Hotel
I have not been able to access the hotel because there was no one at the reception. I stayed there for approximately one hour and no one showed up to open the door for me. Moreover, the access code provided to me did not work. I had a terrible experience and I will never come back to this hotel.

I had a very quiet room overlooking a niceley maintained green open area with residential beyond that. The hotel does not have 24/7 reception nor shuttle service. That was extremely problematic as the taxi driver that the hotel arranged never showed. The room was better than expected, the offered services are terrible (not 24/7 availability). I would pay more to ensure that I can check in and have either shuttle service or a reliable taxi service.

If you check in while office is closed, do not stay here. Their office hours is 9 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 8 pm. My family and I arrived 2 am after taking a scheduled flight to nearby airport. I made international phone calls twice to make sure we can check in ourselves. Both time I was promised to receive access codes to check in. I did receive access code via email without the most important code to room key box. Struggled with never answered help desk over the phone for hours. By the time we check in, it was a few hours left before checkout. Stupid system they had ruined a part of vacation. Don’t stay here.

Excellent value for the money. The only issue I had was getting back to the airport after my stay. No info about calling cabs posted, and Uber drivers would not transport for an early morning flight. Since people are likely staying there to be close to. Airport, there should be at least helpful info given about getting to airport, since there is no shuttle.,

Close to the aiport
This hotel is close to the airport but if you have luggage you will need to get a taxi (7 Euros). The rooms are basic but fine for a was night stay.

Staff were all helpful, however hotel/rooms etc are all tired. Wasn't expecting a self catering set-up, but was expecting a shuttle bus (which doesn't exist even though advertised on Expedia) and breakfast was a waste of money. Close to airport, but otherwise there is no reason to recommend this hotel.

Awful hotel surrounded by building sites. There was no sercice. Hadto ask for clean towels on the 5th day. We did not get clean sheets all the time we stayed . Cooking facilities were very limited..There was one very expensive shop in the middle of nowhere. Had To hire a car.

Not a bad little prison
It was like being in prison. My 12 year old burst into tears when he walked into the room and it was too late to go elsewhere. We've stayed in this chain before in Reims and that was fab, why is Marseille so inferior?

After an hour waiting for the shuttle and 5 phone calls to the hotel to try and organise it I had to pay for my own taxi here. The hotel then had no reception and had a safe containing keys where I need a code to enter. I didn't have the code, so I tried calling but they spoke no english on the support line. Waited another 30 minutes till a french speaking hotel guest helped by calling. The room doesn't come close to the pictures. It's very very basic. It was clean enough, but plain and the bed was not comfortable. The fridge in the room was really loud so hard to sleep and the windows whistled as they didn't close well. In my room there was no wifi and there isn't a lobby to sit in so I couldn't work. No food in the hotel, so had to walk to a neighborhood. All up, don't be tricked by the nice photos. My idea of sleeping in as i'm closed to the airport left me really disappointed. (my first negative review too)

It was okay
Close to aeroport, making it nice for a night or two after/before a flight. Had a refrigerator, microwave & hob; which is a big plus. Also decent amenities, such as a fitness room. I didn't have high expectations, so I was not disappointed. I would stay there again.

The first impression is not good, since entrance is done through the parking lot. But despite some problems with the internet, registration did not take too long. Room was comfortable for the purpose. Walking distance to eating facilities. Good installations. But the best feature is the transfer facility to the airport

This was the worst accommodation I have ever
The accommodation was terrible; I expected when booking - that it would be basic and clean. The room was disgusting, dirty walls, flaking paint, insects etc. etc. No cups to make a drink. They did not have 4 breakfast bags as we could not have the breakfast due to the time we were leaving. The drunk individuals who were hanging around the front as we arrived were intimidating, we had strangers knocking on the door throughout the night. We left at 3 am for the airport as no one could sleep due to the disgusting conditions; to be quite honest if I wished to stay in a prison I would commit a crime. I will be putting a formal complaint into Expedia.

Hotel very noisy during the night, and had the feel more of an apartment block than a hotel. Also in an industrial area with nothing in walking distance. Hot water ran out in shower after only 2 of 4 of us had showered, which is not acceptable. On a positive note, close to airport and excellent free shuttle service. Also, staff were very friendly and helpful on reception, although be aware reception closes at 9pm which is not ideal. My recommendation would be to pay a little more for a better hotel when staying overnight in the area for the airport convenience.

What I expected.
First off the day clerk couldn't have been a nicer guy. He was very helpful and accomodating. Wifi was only available in the lobby. Room was clean shower worked, It is what it is-an airport hotel. The kitchen was a big help there is a Carrefor not far away. Lots of gas stations about and convenient to both the airport and the train to marseille.

Wifi only at reception. Only old fashioned internet cables in the room Shuttle bus only available between 5-9am, and 5-10pm. Kitchen is a nice extra feature.

A good, clean budget hotel very near to the Marseille airport. They also have a free shuttle to the airport until 10 am. The hotel closes the reception counter at 8 PM. So, if you will be arriving after that, be sure to get the front door number code and room key box number code from the hotel staff before 8 PM. I telephoned the hotel to let them know that I would arrive at 8:30 PM, and a staff member waited for me to make sure that I could get my room key. I appreciated that very much !! I have stayed here 2 times, and would stay again.

One has to walk through dark halls to activate hall lights. No night personnel; we had problems unlocking parking lot gate to get early shuttle - not good!
