This charming 30 square meter apartment is located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, located on the 2nd floor without elevator and can accommodate two people. Ideally located, you can only love its location close to all amenities and near the tourist sites that make the reputation of the Phocaean city. Looking forward to welcoming you! \## Logement Located in MARSEILLES, the apartment is warm, well equipped and will be perfect for a romantic vacation! It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room opening onto the small furnished terrace. You will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Bed linen, Towel, Air conditioning, Fan. A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. You can't help but love the ideal location of the accommodation! It is located in the HYPERCENTER and CLOSE to some centers of interest that you will be able to discover together such as: the Canebière, the Cours Julien, the Cantini Museum of the City of Marseille, the Palais Longchamp, the Porte d'Aix, the Museum of History of the City of Marseille and many others...! You may come across women working in the oldest profession in the world in the neighbourhood. You will be very well served by public transportation to stroll around the city and visit the emblematic places that make the reputation of the Phocaean city: the Vieille Charité Center at 17 min, the Major Cathedral at 19 min, the Old Port of Marseille at 20 min, the Mucem at 21 min, the Catalans Beach at 25 min, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde at 26 min, and many others... All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants and shops... For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "Monop' MAZAGRAN" at 3 minutes walk. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! Welcome ! \## Emplacement The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander. The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean with nice terrace. However the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay and the owner was unable to get this sorted, the bedroom also needed a door. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the lovely Vieux Port but is located next door to a brothel, having said this after the initial culture shock we did feel completely safe and the ladies were very pleasant! ##### Alison C.
