### Les Terrasses Borely - Bel appart 1 ch avec clim

\## Space  
Notre appartement de 38 m², situé Boulevard Leau au 3e et dernier étage avec ascenseur d'une belle résidence sécurisée, est idéal pour un séjour à Marseille. Lumineux grâce à son exposition Sud-Est, entièrement climatisé et rénové en 2024, il offre une cuisine équipée ouverte sur une belle pièce à vivre et une grande terrasse avec vue sur les collines des Calanques. L'espace nuit comprend une chambre avec lit double et dressing. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, meuble vasque et lave-linge, avec WC séparé. Stationnement possible dans les rues voisines. Proche des restaurants et commerces, de la Plage du Prado (800 mètres), de la Marina Olympique (10 min), du Parc Borély (300 mètres) et du Stade Vélodrome (15 min en bus ou 10 min en vélo). La résidence, majoritairement occupée par des propriétaires, est paisible (pas de bruit, pas de fêtes).   
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.  
  
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.

Partez à la découverte de cette ville dynamique, vivante et ensoleillée. Via les transports en commun (bus), vous pourrez visiter les musées (Mucem, le musée Cantini, le Palais du Pharo), découvrir les marchés aux couleurs méditerranéennes et les belles plages (la plage de Pointe Rouge est à 15 min à pied et celle du Prado est à 10 min). Le Parc Borély est à moins de 10 min à pied et les Calanques sont à 10 min en voiture. Vous trouverez à proximité de notre logement de nombreux restaurants et bars (Red Lion) pour partager des bons moments et de nombreux commerces pour vos achats ou faire vos courses (Carrefour Bonneveine).

Chambre propre, nous avons bien était accueilli par la conciergerie. Il manquait une serviette mais elle nous a été remis le lendemain.Sinon le logement est top bien situé et la terrasse est très agréable !
