Luxe et raffinement. Notre appartement de 40 m², situé Quai de Rive Neuve au 2e étage, offre un emplacement exceptionnel sur le Vieux-Port de Marseille. Entièrement rénové en 2025 sur le modèle de Suite haut de gamme, il bénéficie de très belle prestations et ravira les voyageurs les plus exigeants. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, la pièce à vivre offre un confort et un style résolument épuré et chic. L'appartement est entièrement climatisé. L'espace nuit comprend une chambre avec un lit Queen Size et un canapé-lit de haute qualité dans le salon. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne avec un meuble vasque splendide en pierre de taille et une robinetterie en cuivre. Parking public payant à 100 mètres. L'appartement est situé au coeur d'un quartier sécurisé et dynamique (restaurants, bars).  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.  
  
\*\* Draps et serviette non inclus pour le canapé convertible \*\*  
Le tarif payé comprend uniquement l'utilisation des lits. L'utilisation du canapé convertible entraîne un supplément de 7,50 EUR par nuit pour la fourniture des draps et serviettes, ce montant doit être payé après votre réservation.  
  
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.   
  
L'appartement est équipé d'un défroisseur pour repasser vos vêtements.  
Le port de Marseille est un quartier animé, avec de la musique jusqu'a tard dans la nuit. Surtout les weekends.  
La télévision de la chambre est actuellement en panne, seule la télévision du salon est fonctionnelle.

Le logement sera disponible uniquement à partir de 15h00 et nous vous recommandons d'arrivée avant 22h00 pour bénéficier de l'aide de notre concierge en cas de difficulté lors de votre arrivée.

Situé en plein coeur du centre-ville de Marseille sur le Vieux-Port (1 min), l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir notre belle ville à pied ou via les transports en commun (bus, métro et tramway à proximité immédiate). Partez à la découverte de cette ville dynamique, vivante et ensoleillée. Vous pourrez visiter à pied les musées (Mucem, le musée Cantini), découvrir les marchés aux couleurs méditerranéennes et les belles plages. La place aux Huiles et ses nombreux bars et restaurants sont à 2 min à pied. Le Cours Julien, qui propose une vie nocturne et culturelle dynamique, est à 10 min à pied de l'appartement. Vous trouverez à proximité de notre logement de nombreux restaurants et bars pour partager des bons moments et de nombreux commerces pour vos achats ou faire vos courses.
