You’re just 8 minutes from the TGV station (Aix), 5 minutes from the airport, and 15–20 minutes from Marseille via the highway. Only 10 minutes to reach the largest shopping zone in Europe — Plan de Campagne. The apartment is just 2 minutes from the highway (in a quiet residential area), with no need to drive through the city. Amenities include: Personal alarm system connected to a security center (you’ll receive a remote control for the alarm) Private terrace for 4 (one square table and 4 chairs) Indoor dining table for 2–4 people Hammam-style shower with radio Reversible air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area (adjustable with remote controls) TV in both the bedroom and living room Baby travel crib available on request The apartment (around 50m²) is attached to our home but fully independent — unless you need something! You'll enjoy peace and quiet — perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business trips. In summer, enjoy access to the pool. Please note: The apartment is best suited for 2 adults and 1 child, as it includes one bedroom and a double sofa bed. If a third adult wishes to use the sofa bed, a supplement of 10eur per night applies. The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet residential area, away from the city center. However, with the nearby main roads, you can be in the town center or at the mall in just 3 minutes. We’re 5 minutes from the Étang de Berre, 15–20 minutes from both Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, and ideally located just 10 minutes from the TGV station and the airport. Major highways nearby: access to Aix, Marseille, Martigues, Salon-de-Provence, Plan de Campagne, and the bus station. Peaceful area at the end of a cul-de-sac, near an artificial lake perfect for walking, jogging, or fishing. A little further is the Vitrolles Plateau, ideal for nature lovers, with scenic hiking trails and breathtaking views. Just 10 minutes between Marseille and Vitrolles, you’ll find Plan de Campagne, Europe’s largest shopping area — over 500 stores, cinema, bowling, and restaurants. If you love shopping, this is a must-visit. The apartment is on our property but fully independent. You’ll have a remote to access the electric gate.
