It consists of a living room-kitchen open onto a terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and separate WC. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H. SLEEPING FACILITIES: 2/4 people max. BEDROOM: 130cm bed. LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa. KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, microwave, oven-dishwasher-3in1 hob. SANITARY: bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. TV. Air condition in the bedroom and lving room. Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families. The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership of the residence and is normally open from 15/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.
