This 7 bedroom contemporary villa has been designed around an ambitious project; a goal to create a luxury property set on a unique area with direct access to the beach. It encompasses all the necessary factors to ensure a serene and restful escape for anyone residing in it. The property is served with an elevator, is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property. The villa is set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city life, nestled just in front of the sea. It is located just 30 minutes away on foot to the center of Marsaskala. Here one finds a delightful natural harbor onto which a number of bars and restaurants are situated facing the promenade. Less than 15 minutes away by car there is the historical town of Vittoriosa. In summer one may take the ferry from the Vittoriosa waterfront to Valletta. For the more adventurous there is also another ferry from Valletta to Sliema. The neighboring towns of Birzebbugia and Marsaxlokk are also worth a visit, these are 15 minutes away by car. Marsaxlokk is a fishing village, with several restaurants. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances familiales avec nos enfants (5 couples) et nos petits enfants. Nous étions 19\. La villa était parfaite. Très spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée au niveau des différentes possibilités de loisirs même par mauvais temps (nous avons eu deux jours de pluie). Nous avons apprécié la proximité de quelques commerces. Nous n'avons pas dû louer de voitures. Nous étions près aussi de la magnifique St Peters Pool et du très joli port de Marsaxlokk. Amanda est une personne charmante et très disponible. Elle a fait tout ce qu'elle pouvait pour nous satisfaire. Seuls points faibles : peu de matériel de nettoyage et manque d'électroménagers, mais Amanda y a remédié... En plus, l'île de Malte vaut le voyage. ##### Marie-Dominique D. We had 2 children (ages 4 and 8) and 6 adults (a couple of nights with 7 adults) and had the best experience. Brenda and Amanda were both extremely good at communication and quick to get ahold of/respond with any questions. The house was clean, equipped, and the pool was an absolute hit. Being able to walk down to the water and the public beach area was a big plus, as well as having a garage since we had 3 cars between our family traveling together. Our family holiday to celebrate our daughter getting married was wonderful from start to finish! When we arrived it was even more amazing than I imagined! Everyone was blown away by the villa, view, pool, bedrooms, 3 games rooms and of course Spa. We were in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants etc..We hired a private catering company to come to the villa and do a rehearsal dinner for our daughter getting married. Both families stayed on the bride and grooms side and there was more than enough space to not being ontop of each other. The manager was friendly. Maybe a quicker response with help booking catering and a yatch would have been helpful as we didn't get a response so we did it ourselves. Also there was a tiny mirror in the bedroom by the pool which was too small to do make up or use, so a bigger one would be great and the cupboards didn't have long hanging space in any room for long dresses. Maybe some hooks for dressing gowns would make it even more perfect. It definitely was a magical experience and we would have loved to stay more than a week as it flew by.Thank you ##### Carla S. Perfect for a large group, it has all the amenities you need. The pool is not heated and so was quite cold, but a beautiful view and direct access to the sea. There are several well stocked convenience stores 2-5 minutes walk away, and a larger supermarket, butcher and wine shop within easy reach. There are lots of places to eat nearby. We arranged for a chef on 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the food which was restaurant quality and very plentiful. The games room would be a huge attraction to a family group. Public transport is excellent and we didn't feel any need for a hire car. Amanda and her team were available and responded to queries very promptly. ##### John M.
