You can leave your car for free in one of the neighboring streets in the center. In the historic center of the city you can find the main artistic and cultural attractions, there are also numerous activities devoted to Sicilian gastronomy and enology (bars, restaurants, wine bars, etc.). The apartment is located on the second floor of a building, consisting of a total of 2 floors, and has been completely renovated recently in compliance with the new European Directive. New fixtures have been installed in order to reduce energy consumption, which is necessary to air-condition (heat and cool) every single square meter of the dwelling; This and the others are equipped, in addition, with the photovoltaic and thermo-solar system so the self-produced energy is absolutely counted as a reduction in the energy needs of the dwelling. The apartment in question (about 85 sq. m.) consists of the following: a refined and elegant bathroom with a large shower, 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room-living room, and a kitchen room with a furnished veranda. It is located only 150 meters from Piazza del Duomo. In Marsala (ancient Phoenician-Punic colony of Mozia, which flourished 8 centuries earlier) you can comfortably arrive from the cities of Palermo (115 km.) and the "Vincenzo Florio" airport of Marsala-Trapani (18 km.) and you can leave your car for free in one of the neighboring streets of the center. In the historic center of the city you can find the main attractions of an artistic and cultural nature, there are also numerous activities devoted to Sicilian gastronomy and enology (bars, restaurants, wine bars, etc.). Marsala is inhabited by more than 80,000 inhabitants, has a mild climate with peaks of 40 degrees in summer and rainy winters ranging between 7 and 17 degrees, is ideal for spending vacations with its 14 km of coastline with fine white sandy beaches, its crystal clear sea, easy connections (from the port of Marsala) with the adjacent Egadi Islands (Favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo) and the natural beauty of the Saline and Stagnone of Mothia. Economically, it is still strongly linked to wine-making activities, although in recent decades tourism has been growing year by year. Important are industrial productions in mechanical, metallurgical, robotics-automatics, and glass processing. Other important industrial food productions include confectionery and coffee production. It is located in the center of the province of Trapani, from which the other towns of Castelvetrano-Selinunte (40 kms.), Mazara del Vallo (18 kms.), Trapani and Erice (32 kms.), Castellammare del golfo-Segesta (45 kms.) can be easily reached (via highway or state road). ## Property amenities ### Internet -
