The spacious open-plan living area is designed to offer bright and well-organized spaces, featuring an open kitchen that flows into the living room, furnished with a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The bedroom, with its double bed, is partially separated by a practical wardrobe, creating a pleasant division of space without obstructing natural light. The sleeping areas, featuring a sofa bed and a double bed, are located in a single open-plan space, ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is organized into two distinct areas—one for the sink and another for the toilet and shower—ensuring functionality and convenience. The true gem of the house is the wonderful covered patio, a peaceful retreat furnished with a dining table, sofas, and lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors and relaxing in the sea breeze. A lush, well-maintained garden surrounds the house, creating a magical and soothing atmosphere that makes your stay a unique experience of nature and well-being. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. The accommodation also includes a private outdoor parking space. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have access to the whole apartment.
