Credo che si mi affitto la stanza con la cucina la devo pur usare. Metto la caffettiera su per il caffè la valvola è esplosa e mi sono bruciato e la proprietaria vuole 50€ per un muro da pitturare che il muro non si manco macchiato. Quando la sua unica preoccupazione appena arrivati di non accendere i condizionatori insieme ad altri elettrodomestici perché staccava il contatore.! Possibile mai io affitto e pago e lei pretende cose assurde. Il frigo senza manco una bottiglia d’acqua. La carta igienica usata e non messa nuova nel cassetto. E le batterie scariche nei telecomandi per accendere i condizionatori. E nel frigo c’erano i post it di altre persone che segnalavano già il piano ad induzione. La proprietaria deve essere più attenta a tutti gli aspetti che mette nella casa e ciò che mette a disposizione. E poi la puo affittare con sicurezza e senza nessun reclamo.ci vuole rispetto verso gli altri, essere disponibile verso la persona che affitta. Non essere preso in giro dopo che sotto c’è il bar che ci lavoravano anke loro noi dopo esserci preso la colazione per quattro se avesse avuto qualunque problema nella casa dopo averla lasciata lo poteva dire anke dentro il bar in disparte.
