We got a couple of clear nights and we could see the Milky Way. The hosts were really friendly and made sure we were well accomodated. It's about 15 minutes from any stores or restaurants but the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to stay in and cook once we picked up ingredients. Wasn't too far from Asheville and we spent an evening getting dinner in town. The road up to the cabin is gravel and can be a little tricky but I was able to make it up and down in my sedan even after it rained. ##### Emily R. Very nice, clean interior with lots of cooking equipment. Only issue was that this property was shared with another rental, which was not clear to us until we arrived. Some of the amenities were shared between the rentals. A family arrived part-way through our trip with loud kids, which put a slight damper on what was supposed to be a romantic getaway for our anniversary. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay, and we spent most of our trip out and about, so it was still really enjoyable!
