All good!!! Pool service could be better, opening 11am not ideal

Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff who were always looking to go beyond expectations. The pool deck was lovely - and drinks and food were very good, although expensive compared to eating out with so many good restaurants close by. We both had a lovely massage in the Spa. Our room and in particular the bed and pillows were very nice - cleaning and turn down services were excellent. We felt that the position of the hotel was perfect for us - a little walk into the centre and to the beach - but we also liked the local areas and being amongst the locals. The front desk helped us get organised for a trip to Soller and we also booked a boat trip through Get Your Guide which was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday.

The hotel is very nice and in an excellent location. Before our stay, I had read reviews about the small room size, but we found it perfectly adequate. One thing to note is that the shower door also serves as the bathroom door, so privacy is limited. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Our room faced the lagoon and received direct afternoon sun. The hotel automatically turns off the A/C whenever you leave the room. After spending the day at the beach, we would return to a room that was extremely hot. The thermostat could not be set below 22°C (72°F), and it took 3–4 hours to cool the room. Unfortunately, we would shower and go out for dinner about an hour later, and the A/C would shut off again when we left. Returning around 10:00 p.m. meant starting the cooling process all over again, and the room often didn't become comfortable until 1:00 or 2:00 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. We mentioned this to the hotel staff, hoping they could help or override the system, but they were not very helpful. Overall, the hotel has many positives, especially its location, but the air conditioning policy significantly affected our stay.

Lovely adults only hotel with two pools. Across the road from the beach and lots of local restaurants and bars and shops! Great sea view from our room, amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves. I would highly recommend renting electric bikes and exploring the local area, lots of bike lanes for safe travel. We used the front infinity pool mostly as the beds were so comfortable (no charge for these). Would also recommend going all inclusive - well worth the money when you think of drinks and food. The cocktails included were not all fantastic but lots to try, and beers and wines available too. La Boomba was a favourite for a night cap! Inclusive food was varied and more than enough. The hotel also had two nights of entertainment which was pleasant as unexpected. Would be better if they informed us of this when we arrived, as some people missed out as they were unaware. We did venture out once during our week stay and enjoyed a local steak. Will be returning soon!
