Once a property of notables, the Riad has been beautifully restored in the Andalusian Arabian style preserving the authenticity of the old mansions, while bringing essential comfort, luxury and ambient refinement. Luxurious charming residence behind an anonymous facade, the calm, the freshness of its patio mixed with the birdsong, offer the visitor a real oasis of peace.  
Rooms are customized by a dominant color in warm tones, ceilings are clad in sculpted plasterboards, large fireplaces, spacious tadelakt bathroom and colorful ceramics, separate toilet, reversible air conditioning  
The riad has a swimming pool, traditional hammam, panoramic terrace, solarium, pergola, lounges with privacy, wifi connection.  
  
\- Riad 2 : 5 Bedrooms  
  
Riad in the Andalusian Arabian style where the cedar wood is omnipresent in the architecture, carved, painted, chiseled, in the bedrooms, the corridors, the balconies, the bhous, this noble material gives a soul to this riad. An air-conditioned patio with a sunroof, in the middle of which lies a marble fountain from which springs water whose soft whispers increases freshness and invites you to rest. This riad has elevator leading to the 1st floor and terrace .  
  
The rooms are spacious with different themes, the flooring is marble marked with a zelliges frieze in harmony with the colors of the rooms, the ceilings are made of cedar wood, Berber inspired, carved and painted, the walls are clad in tadelakt in bright colors, the bathrooms are original with large marble showers and columns covered in Fes zelliges, separate toilet, king size beds, warm fireplaces, LCD screen, satellite TV, trunk, mini bar, reversible air conditioning, underfloor heating.  
  
A large living room with finely carved cedar wood ceilings with an imposing chiselled plaster fireplace, the light fixtures with different shapes are made of patinated copper exclusively designed for the riad.  
  
A dining room with a capacity of 30 seats, with a fireplace and carved wooden benches covered with shimmering fabrics, the ceiling is carved cedar wood, panoramic terrace, bar, solarium, Taza marble hammam with massage room, relaxation room, bathroom and separate toilet. Wifi connection throughout the riad.

Clean-style zen riad, large water wall on the patio, rooms with high ceilings.
