### My Rental Homes - Villa Portraits spa & golf with two pools and garden

Villa Portraits is a luxury and contemporary property located 15 minutes from Marrakech and really close to the Relais & Chateaux Ksar Char Bagh, in the beautiful area of Palmeraie.  
With its spa and 6 holes golf field, the villa is the perfect place where to spend relaxing and fun moments with the family and the friends.  
  
Outside a spacious garden overlooking the natural surrounding, well maintained, with grass, trees and many colored flowers, host the huge 30 meters swimming pool, with an low water area, the terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, for the hottest days, there is also covered pergola with table and chairs for al fresco dinners, the BBQ and chill areas where to drink and aperitif and admire the Atlas Mountains, equipped with sofas, tables, and the soccer field.  
Complete the outdoor space a petanque field.  
  
\===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====  
From the external covered terrace we enter inside, the spaces are really comfortable and air conditioned, a spacious and sumptuous living room with an huge fireplace, cozy sofas, table and chairs for the dinners inside with a nice view on the garden, the pool table, for movie lovers a projection room with cinema screen , comfortable cushions where to watch your favorites movies together.  
Villa Portraits has its own Spa with indoor heated pool (heating is extra), 6x3 meters, the steam room and a massage table, the guests will relax completely in this unique spaces, on the basement there is the fitness room with technogym cardio and bodybuilding equipment.  
  
The property offers 6 spacious and very well decorated bedrooms, spread on the ground and first floor, with private bathroom, dressing room and the direct access to the garden, they are composed as follow:  
Room 1 with a double bed of 160cm configurable in twin beds.  
Room 2 with a double bed of 180 cm  
Room 3 with a double bed of 180 cm and a beautiful fireplace  
These rooms are located on the ground floor, moving upstairs the other 3 rooms with a direct access to the external terrace.  
Room 4 and 5 are equal with a double bed 180 cm  
Room 6 with a double bed and its own fireplace.  
  
The guests will appreciate the domestic staff at disposal, with their own entrance and accommodation,a cook and maids, they will prepare all the meals during the stays, with a “No Stress” formula is possible to have a package service that includes: 3 meals per day at cost of € 40 per person per day and New Year and Christmas dinner for €45\. The perfect solution for your comfortable and unforgettable stay in Morocco.  
  
Complete this beautiful property a badminton field, a ping pong table, a piano and the 4G wi fi connection.
