At this level there is also the fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom (140cm), it can be used as office as well, it has a private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Moving upstairs two more bedrooms with private bathroom ,with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower, a double bed one 180cm the other 140cm (configurable in two twin beds), the air conditioning and one room has also the TV and DVD player. Both has a direct access to balcony on the gallery. The jewel of the house is the roof terrace, with an open view on the Mamounias’ garden,it offer a small heated pool, chill areas with sofas, tables and chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas for the hottest days, it is the perfect place where to drink an aperitif all together admiring the surround. Dar Sami is a fully staff property, the guests will find the cook, the maid and the manager to take care about their need and request, they will also provide to prepare your meals and clean the house, 8 hours per day. Complete this beautiful property the hammam and massage room, available on request. Rental rules Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam The house chef/cook prepares all meals.
