Great hotel, would recommend. Felt looked after by the staff. Great choice of food, plenty of sports and entertainment to keep you occupied if you need it. Pools are great. Really enjoyable vacation :)

We've been to 6 continents of the world and we've pretty much stayed in some of the best of the best hotels or accommodations in the world Kenzi is on par in this stage. Kenzi is one of the best places to stay when in Marrakesh so much so that the people working in this hotel are kind, friendly, helpful and always there to accommodate even the little things. The company should give back to all the staff working in Kenzi because their attention to detail is exquisite. We love to come back again and we may not have the names of all the employees we've met but from the housekeeping, animation team, and restaurant teams thank you so much and happy new year. We will definitely come back again.

What can I say? We didn’t really need to leave the hotel as everything we needed was present. From the warm welcome on arrival (after missing our initial flight) and being served delicious Morocco’s tea, to being taken to our room on a caddy with our luggage, to having our room upgraded, every member of staff we came in contact with greeted us with a smile, the list is endless! Our 9 month old baby got most of the love of I’m honest from everyone stopping to play and talk to her at every opportunity. The restaurant where all meals were served felt like we had gone to a fancy dinner each time, food selection was awesome too, even as a picky eater that I am. Staff in the restaurant were polite, pleasant and always on hand for any assistance- you never needed to wait at all to be waited on! Ayman my guy ready supplying the drinks with smiles! Then there’s the O-Spa…. Amazing! Did the Hamman and Massage with Vushe (hope I spelt it right) and I slept like a baby afterwards, with the best glowing skin! The Animation crew at the bar by the swimming pools were very fun and entertaining, got us involved in a Masterchef competition on best Tangine lol Make use of the hotel shuttle service to the market square which is also a bonus. I will not hesitate to rebook here on my return to Marrakech- Thank You to the entire team!

Great option for a stay in Marrakesh. There are a few things that could improve: why have a “cold” pool?, why not have the ability to get small cash denominations at the front desk? Why not have more friendly staff at the front desk? Why not have bars open in the afternoon? (Other than the pool bar)

Communication with staff is terrible. Asked to have two rooms together or on the same floor due to having young babies and a pregnant wife. Had us well away from our family. Changed room the next day and told us the room will be ready at 3pm. Gave them til 4pm. Chased it up - nothing. Didn’t get the room until 6pm after going to reception and being told it will be 5 mins/10mins/15mins continuously for 2 hours. Poor start to holiday. Wine/spirits seem very watered down/weak. Had numerous drinks/cocktails and didn’t feel a thing until I drank some of my own duty free spirits. Beer is the safest option as it’s from tap or bottled.

Nice and friendly hotel.
Had an amazing time in Marrakesh. Kenzi hotel is nice, with lovely staff, always happy and ready to help with anything. The animation staff were amazing. The downfall was the quality of food, however their is a variety of food, so you can find something to eat. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall a pleasant stay.

Spend your money elsewhere. This is not a 5-star property by any stretch of the imagination. We had to change rooms 3 times due to A/C not working as well as a cockroach situation. Property is run down. Protocols for running the place seem completely absent. We spent a week eating all meals in their restaurant without working A/C at 40c temperatures. Their shuttle to the Medina was run down and had no A/C. Routinely ran out of food during meals. Long lines to wait for it to be made. Never enough glasses or spoons. Kids using their fingers to grab buffet food without being addressed by the property. Pools have major deferred maintenance. Pool bar was dirty with bees all around the sweet mixers and dead flies in the Sangria on the countertop. Spoke to GM requesting a refund. He promised to get back to me after speaking to his boss, and of course that never happened, which pretty much sums up the approach to customer concerns at this property. He tried to gaslight me by claiming that all-inclusive clubs are not hotels. Wow! Needless to say, I have extensive experience with all-inclusives and this one is in trouble. My sister and her family also stayed and their bathroom flooded the first night, they were never able to get housekeeping to leave towels for everyone in their party, their door malfunctioned twice where it wouldn’t lock and each time they had to wait for hours for maintenance to show up. Working with hotels.com to address this as I find it completely unacceptable.

Really nice stay. Great pool. Not too deep so great for the kids. Great entertainment. Nice slides. Food was good. They did mix spoons and knifes etc between veg and non veg food but overall no issues.

Great place to stay and explore Marrakesh. Lovely staff and well maintained resort. Some issues around room facilities as we had to move rooms due to drain smells being overwhelming but understood as we were in Morocco. Food choice looks broad but a bit limited for us.

Overall the property was very pleasant. Food was plentiful and varied but was not hot enough at times. Alcoholic drinks were a disappointment as spirits were watered down, wine was of low quality, beer was fine. Lovely courteous staff. Pleasantly surprised with quality of rooms which were always cleaned to a good standard. All in all a really nice hotel which was let down by the quality of drinks on offer.

The facilities were great, 3 pools, kids club, baby club (chargeable and expensive), courts for sports (even though a bit worn), pool bar, towel changing facilities at the pool, activities all day. The rooms, dependent on the room, were from OK to disappointing. There were a lot of broken items and stains that required fixing for a 5 star hotel. In one of the rooms, the air con was not working and the maintenance guy just changed the setting on the thermostat and he said it's fixed. Clearly it was not! We had to change 4 rooms throughout our stay there, the 1st one was facing the restaurant and all the cooking fumes were coming in, the second one was not meant to have guests, everything was broken, the 3rd one had the air con issue with 33 degrees celcius, the 4th one was 4 out of 5 at least. The reception staff and the porters were super nice, the cleaning staff were bad, they were not replacing used items in the room like shampoos, coffees, water, etc, they were super slow, relaxing outside to come and clean the rooms at 2 or 3pm, at the time you wanted to get some mid-day rest after lunch. The spa had some good facilities and it was nice. We did a massage twice, however, it was very strange; we had a couples massage and we were not given privacy to take off our clothes and put them on again and we were not given disposable underwear. We had to use ours or the swim suits and they, of course, became oily. The kids club was very good and the staff, super nice!

Don’t look too close and you’ll believe this is a 4/5 star hotel. If you have never stayed in a 4/5 star hotel you might also believe this is one. We booked in the “privileged” area with a private pool for that building. Our first room was dirty, my wife took pictures and showed the front desk. On the plus side the front desk was really nice and upgraded us to a suite. The suite was also dirty. The craftsmanship was half-assed like the kind of thing you’d find in a Motel. Corners in the bathroom filled with spider webs, no toilet paper holder just the holes in the wall to show where one was, a patched hole on the side of the bathtub. There was an extra blanket in the closet that smelled like somebody’s B.O, clearly was not washed. The bed was hard as a rock. Plus side - the suite is very big and the a/c worked great. It has 1.5 bathrooms, but the 1/2 bath seemed like they didn’t expect you to use it as it wasn’t stocked with soap or towels. The private pool looked nice until I saw all the mold under the lip of the edge and all the broken tiles at the bottom. Food was decent, lots of choices, just don’t arrive at breakfast right when they open or you’ll miss the omelets and pancakes, they show up ehh whenever, typically about 1/2 hr after they open. No top shelf alcohol, but we weren’t really there to drink. Plus side, they don’t mind if you grab waters and food for your day trips. Oh and get used to stray cats, nice ones but walking around the restaurant just feels gross!

The property is poorly taken care of, the dining was also unsanitary as they had cats walking all over the kitchen and dining area during dinner and breakfast. When we got to our room not only was the room outdated and poorly taken care of but the the rooms aren’t sound proof and we had people banging on our door at 10:30 pm. We have been in different accommodations for the last 13 days here in Morocco and this has been by far our worst experience. I went to put our luggage in the car before check out and I wasn’t allowed to until I checked out. They also didn’t provide us towels to shower and when we requested them they were very rude. I hope future guest are aware of their options of where to stay before they book here

The property is not maintained to the standards of a 5 star property. Food quantity and choices were extremely poor, drinks were of the poorest quality. Some of the staff were rude. I would not consider recommending this property to anyone!

Stayed 3 nights. Poor welcome with little info other than card. Waited 20 mins for concierge to take us & luggage to room by cart. First night restaurant food horrible. Thereafter breakfasts only which were pleasant. Bedroom was nice, clean, modern but poor small balcony over looking waste ground and trees growing. Noise of barking dogs and wakened by jet engines from airport nearby. No rooms appear to have any significant views. The grounds and pool are nice. The all inclusive is not great. Poor wifi with only reception area proving satisfactory. In door pool and hamman is nice but you pay extra. We were let down both by staff attitude and noise from on going renovations in restaurant, bar and work on bedrooms. I complained to management in writing and on checkout. No reply which sums up service. On viewing and booking this hotel had potential but was a real disappointment to the extent I have for first time in years sought part refund from Expedia. The service did not reflect what we paid. Also be aware you are a distance from city centre and although free shuttle times are limited and not overly practical so factor 50-60 dirhams for local taxi one way. Will not stay again
We only stayed one night and while the resort was lovely, the reception customer service is 0. Our booking included a complimentary bottle of wine which we didn’t receive. We asked for it, didn’t receive it. We asked for it second time, we found a bottle of beer in our room which was quite offending. We are talking 5* hotel. The receptionist then made up 2 different stories, one the manager said they give beer not wine, when we showed her the actual booking, she then changed the story and said that in fact we asked for beer. Very dishonest over just a bottle of wine which cost them nothing and we paid all inclusive on top of that!

We had a lovely few days here this week. The staff are very friendly and work hard. The food was good - especially the grilled meat and salads at lunch and the Moroccan themed night - loads of choice and all delicious. The pools are brilliant and kept clean, one is heated. The grounds are well tended - the rooms are laid out in riads which are spread out and surrounded by olive trees, which made it feel less like a big hotel and was a positive for us. The room itself was a little tired. There was a wall tile missing off the side of the bath and worn out fabric on a chair, which is a shame as it gave a disappointing first impression, but everything worked as it should, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. We stayed in a family room which had two day beds for the children in a separate living area so we had loads of space for a family of 4. We had an upstairs room overlooking the tennis courts and olive groves which felt private and quiet. The free shuttle into town was great. We totally relaxed here and would return.

Hotel was clean and staff in the main were friendly. Special mention to the Animation team who were excellent and worked tirelessly to ensure guests had a good time. Only negative was pool bar staff who were pretty miserable and there was not any waiter/waitress service around the pool.

Pleasant place, but not 5 star.
The hotel is good for the price, but it is not a 5 star hotel. The bed is not so comfortable the sheets are not 5 stars level. They could turn on the air conditioning inside the restaurant and other closed ambient too. The food is good, but again not 5 star rate. Other small problem are the flies in the open areas, the hotel should do something about them... But my stay was good, it is a relaxing place, the animation team is excellent and everyone there were very helpful and polite.

Staffs especially in the dinning area are very kind, nice, thoughtful and ever willing to assist… Staff who clean out the rooms are quite. Nice and helpful too Amili (lady) is a blessing. Beautiful in and out. Receptionist at the hotel not welcoming perhaps because they don’t speak enough English The hotel looks quite tired for a 5 star rating… I will expect more. Repetition of the same food
