There was a concrete patio with grill and fire pit. Originally I thought it was a shared patio area for both sides of the duplex but each side had their own. There was a wall unit for air conditioning and heat but also vents in the wall. We couldn't find the thermostat for the vents in the wall so cold air was coming out when it was already cold. I asked the owner about it and never received a reply. There was also no checkout requirements posted or given to us. I asked the owner about that also and never received a reply. I just messaged the owner about what we did for checkout before we left. We were in the area for Pictured Rocks and the waterfalls. Oct 15, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fall in the U.P. This place was a great hub for our stay in the U.P.! Clean, comfortable, full working kitchen, great that each BR had it's own full bath. Loved the firepit!! Easy communication w/ owner. The Co-op market had a little something of everything.
