"This hotel quietly meets the needs of its visitors, from the well planned rooms, fabulous breakfast, of which there are three levels, to the honesty bar, a comfortable place to sit and read through art books. The staff on the desk could not be more helpful. Location opposite the Guggenheim museum and outdoor snack bar couldn’t be better. Without hesitation we’d stay here again. "
"The corridors were very dark and our room had minimal natural light. Blinds were drawn at all times in breakfast area but choice of food for breakfast was good. Beds comfortable but lock on bathroom door didn't work and shower not great. Good location but no information for tourists. Mainly a business hotel. Ok for a few nights"
"Disappointing- we arrived after the common check-in time and the room wasn’t available. No offer to leave our luggage so we would be able to explore the city. The far in advance provided request of a second duvet, hasn’t been processed and required a reminder. The TV had his on mind and turned on every few minutes also through the night. Informing the staff didn’t change the situation- so we disconnected the television from the plug ourselves. Opening hours of the sauna is too short - only till 20:00. unfortunately not the quality and service i would expected from a five star hotel"

5th time in Bilbao & I’d usually stay in the Old Town, this was a leisurely 25min walk away but the metro, & tram, stops minutes from the door make this hotel almost in the heart of the city.
A great stay, & the breakfast buffet isn’t especially exciting, but served from 6 it’s a convenient way to start the day if you need to be out early"
