Clean, well equipped apartment. Everything you need for a short stay in Reims. Just a short walk across the park to the city centre

Avoid, not suitable for a family
Hotel is clean and staff are friendly but it would appear to be a party hotel. From 4am a party started in a room on the floor below. This went on until gone 6am, after which loud conversations could be heard. No staff on site to help, when I spoke to them in the morning they appeared uninterested. Not a place to stay if you want a good nights sleep or have a young family with you.

great location
plce is good location close to centre and have stopped before the only slight issue is the higher up you stop the warmer the rooms so can be a bit warm on warm days

a very clean and spacious and modern room with kitchen (small fridge, induction stove, microwave, sink). quiet, and about 5 minute walk to main train station in reims . i loved this room!

A nice clean place with friendly staff. Can not tell you much about the location etc as the 6pm curfew prevented us from going out but we had a really nice stay.

Too Hot!
The room / apartment was far too hot and the windows in the living room where the sofa bed are unsafe for children to be around as they open fully inwards at waist height so we had to let our son have the main bedroom where there was a tilt and turn window, leaving my husband to sleep on the Sofa bed. As there is no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open which then meant we were bit by a mosquito which we found in the room the next morning. The corridor smelt of cooking & the floor was not clean. It was also really noisy during the night with people shouting outside.

It was smelling like an ashtray. I believe that they never mopped the floor and the bedding needs replacement not washing. As well the pillows need replacement, they smell very strong a human head!

Lovely apartment rooms which is great even just for our stop over and keeping water cold. But even better if staying for a couple of nights. Super friendly staff especially Ludovic who went over and above when disaster struck for our travelling party

A good place to stay for a short visit to Reims. Rooms were relatively spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a very easy walk from the train station and to the city center.

Our room was very clean and the staff were so nice. The proximity to the Central train station was wonderful and we could easily walk to town as well.

Set the bar low and you'll be fine. The room was clean, spacious, and what was needed. The rest not so much (dingy property, zero real amenities, off the track location which is a plus or minus depending on how you look at it). We booked this location because everything else was already full. But won't be back (sorry).

Great place. Close to the train station, easy to walk to town. Spacious studio unit, sparkling clean, with a well equipped kitchenette. I would stay here again.

Great apartment for the price.
Well worth it. Great value and good location. Only problem was no hot water. Apparently you have to switch it on just inside the door, but because we had a late check in we did not see anyone., and it was not on the information.

Staff very helpful and welcoming on desk. Great to park in secure underground car park, especially when travelling with a lot of luggage. Location perfect for walking into the centre. Price excellent. £54 for a family of 4. Only criticism is crockery etc not perfectly clean, few chips on cups, but other parts ie rooms and bathroom etc were good. Great size for a family of 4 , plenty of space. Soda bed and Double bed comfortable. Happy with choice and would stay again for a quick overnight stop over.. Thank you Sejours.

Stayed here a few times now. Great place to explore Reims. 5 minute walk to town and some great restaurants. Secure parking, so no need to hide everything out of sight, just remember to book in advance.

Great location for Reims centre but not the friendly, helpful welcome you need after a long day. EG "Hello, there are 5 of us and we have reservations for tonight. Is there parking on site so we can move our bikes off the road?" "Have you booked the parking?" "No, we didn't know there was any" "you are supposed to book in advance" "OK, but we didn't know". So can you suggest somewhere that we can park our motorbikes so we can get them off the road? " " Oh, we can let you have parking spaces as there is room. How many spaces do you need? " Then ten minutes of faffing about before we finally get a key to open the garage and get off the main street. Next mirning " Good morning, can I pay for a breakfast please? " " Have you pre-booked your breakfast? " " Er, no. I didn't know I had to pre book" "well, we only order enough food for those who have precooked breakfast" "So is there somewhere else nearby we can get breakfast?" "Oh, you can have breakfast here, but normally you should have pre booked"

Second stay at this hotel as a stopover. Perfect with the children as we have our own room but feel secure. Handy little kitchenette (there's a small grocery store nearby). Within a few minutes from the city centre. Easy to find a parking space.

Good stop over to the Alps
Good stop over to the Alps, easy access to motorway, spacious room, lots of parking around, supermarket 5 minutes walk away, We had a very quiet night, don't think you can beat it for the price.
