Cottage was clean , had lots of game boards for the family. It can get a bit hot inside as only one room has AC but there were a few fans that helped . (4 adults and 3 young children) The water was great and we loved jumping in off the dock. Wish we had a chance to have a fire, loved the fire pit set up. Hopefully less rain next time we visit. Mike was very helpful by providing quick guides and trying to accommodate our needs. This place has all you need for a enjoyable relaxing vacation: wifi, TV and games and a well equipped kitchen inside; bbq, canoe, kayak, pedalo, and firepit and chairs by the lake outside. It was rainy and a little bit chilly when we arrived but a nice wood stove and extra blankets helped to create a cozy environment very quickly. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen/double beds and one bunker bed that serves 3\. So in total it suits best for 7 persons (not 10). The sofa in living room was comfy enough to be used as a bed if needed. If you are not picky on old buildings I definitely recommend this "little slice of paradise" ##### Moha A.
