We were put in a room that had mountain view although it smelt of heavy smoke and we asked to be put in a none smoking room. Once we complained we were moved to another room, although it was a twin room we were okay with this as we moved the beds together. The shower door was broken in the first room and this needs to be fixed. The lobby area is clean and tidy and very modern however work needs to be done in the rooms Overall a pleasant stay for the price.

Was looking for a cheap hotel for a short stay and as such I didn’t expect much. However I was pleasantly suprised, pool area was the stand out for me, the room although basic was clean and the cleaners were attentive (although there was a high rate woman kicking off about towels also from UK -Bournemouth/Brighton ) The reason this place has a higher rating than I would normally give is the staff. Although they were all great have to thank Serkan who seemed to run the bar (and everything else) made everyone feel like this was a five star! A little tip for all of you are just popping somewhere and have the ability and are just popping out on your own, download the app ‘BEAM’, as there are loads of E-scooters which cost next to nothing and are fun … tip for this is use something like PayPal instead of you card as I paid just as much in transaction fees as I did in fares which could have been avoided. That being said, don’t quote me on this but it was around 8 pence per minute. Not a place I’m taking the kids for a family holiday but a great base for exploring with knowledgable staff to point you in the right direction👍 Hope this helps as a true reflection

Değerlendirmede tek yıldız verdiğime bakmayın hiç yıldız verme hakkım olmadığından bir yıldız verdim, bir yıldızı bile haketmez.Geldiğimiz ilk gün odaya girer girmez tuvalete girdim bir önceki misafirden kalan yarım tuvalet kağıdı duruyordu.Tuvaletten sonra elimi yıkamak için bir sabun bile konulmamıştı.Bunu söylemek için resepsiyona indiğimde otel müdürü ile başka bir misafir arasında yine temizlikten kaynaklanan sorunlar nedeniyle ciddi bir kavga olduğunu gördüm .Resepsiyonda bulunan hanımefendiye durumu anlattım bana hiçbir mantıklı açıklama yapmamakla birlikte insan yerine bire koymadı.5 gece konakladık bir kere bile oda temizlenmedi.Sakın ama sakın bu oteli tercih etmiyin.Kahvaltıdaki güya yıkanmış temiz olarak konmuş bardaktaki ruj lekesinden bahsetmiyorum bile.Odalardan toplanan tüm tekstiller yerlerde geziyordu.

Odaların banyoları çok kötü, yastıklar çok kötü kendi yastığımızı götürdük. Akşam yemeklerinde her öğün çok cimri şekilde dağıtılıyor. Odaya geldiğimizde sabun tuvalet kağıdı bulunmuyordu. İçeceklerine su katılmış gittiğim en kötü otellerden.
