The family- and child-friendly holiday home is a lovingly furnished, single-storey corner bungalow located on the edge of the green town of Marlow, right next to the renowned Vogelpark—a popular attraction that draws many visitors each year. In 2025, Vogelpark Marlow was named the best animal park in Germany by a comparison portal, out of 370 zoos, wildlife and bird parks, and aquariums.



Centrally situated between Rostock and Stralsund, you can reach the beautiful, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach at Dierhagen in just 25 minutes by car. The area offers numerous leisure activities in any weather, including the Marlow waterway area, the Amber Museum in Ribnitz-Damgarten, an adventure village in Rövershagen, the Maritime Museum Stralsund, the Ozeaneum Stralsund, Rostock Zoo, the seaside resort Warnemünde, and the Salt Museum Bad Sülze. The amber town Ribnitz-Damgarten is just 15 km away.



This high-quality holiday home offers 120 m² of living space on a 700 m² plot. It features a spacious living room with a romantic fireplace and open kitchen, three bedrooms, a large bathroom with underfloor heating, a guest WC, utility room, terrace, carport, and an additional parking space, accommodating up to six guests. The living room and bedrooms have parquet flooring, while the hallway, bathroom, kitchen, and utility room are tiled. All windows are fitted with premium insect screens. Washing machine and dryer in the utility room are available for guests to use free of charge. An 11 kW wallbox for charging electric vehicles is available (use subject to an extra charge).
