"From beginning to end, my husband and I, as well as our goldendoodle, Fig, had a wonderful experience at Patricia's cottage. It is perfectly situated right on the Greenbrier river rail trail, midway along the trail, which is why we chose it. The cottage is adorable. The beds were all very comfortable and the home is well equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed early morning walks on the trail as well as hiking at Watoga SP and up at the Cranberry Glades. We had never been to Marlinton before so it was fun exploring this cute little town along the river and enjoyed really great food at Alfredo's, Dean's Den and Dirtbean. We totally enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back."

"The house and property are amazing the craftsmanship of the house was outstanding. It was definitely lived in with many personal touches but we felt at home. Dan was very helpful in locating all the places we wanted to visit. The directions on how to find the house were spot on. The entire stay was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to come back for another visit"
