Villa Matteo is a beautifully renovated two-family vacation rental located in Marliana, Italy, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a tranquil ambiance. The property boasts a 150 m2 fenced garden with vibrant plants and flowers, complemented by a seasonal (April 1st - October 15th) salt water swimming pool measuring 7 x 5 m. Guests can enjoy the outdoor garden furniture and take advantage of the on-site public parking just 50 meters away. The villa offers convenient amenities such as Internet WiFi, a yard, and an installment plan for payments.  
  
Outdoors  
The property's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable, featuring a spacious 150 m2 fenced garden adorned with beautiful plants and flowers. Guests can relax and unwind by the seasonal salt water swimming pool, measuring 7 x 5 m and available from April 1st to October 15th. The garden area is equipped with comfortable furniture, allowing you to soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

You will be staying in a 4-room apartment on the upper floor, featuring comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The living/dining area is equipped with a digital TV and has an exit leading to a terrace. The dining room boasts a panoramic window for enjoying the views. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with a double bed and an attached bathroom. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate bath/bidet/WC. The upper floor, accessible via a ladder, offers a room with sloping ceilings, a double sofabed, a double bed, and another digital TV. The floors are finished with parquet flooring.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to a roofed terrace with furniture, providing a panoramic view of the swimming pool. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, and a baby cot is available for children up to 2 years old. Complimentary WiFi internet is provided for your convenience.
