The space offers a double bedroom with all bedding and towels provided and an en-suite bathroom with shower - and can\`t forget the easy access to an award-winning pub serving incredible food & drinks! Run by MasterChef Champion Thomas Frake, the pub downstairs offers a warm atmosphere and exceptional seasonal cuisine, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal and a drink before retreating to your comfortable room. The pub is based on the main road (A436) so is very easy to access, so while there may be a little noise in the evening, this is a great base for exploring the nearby market town of Marlborough, taking scenic walks along the Ridgeway National Trail, or discovering local historical sites like Avebury Stone Circle. Please note - this is not a bed and breakfast, and breakfast is not currently available at the pub. \*\*\* Important: We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. \*\*\* Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed. • No pets allowed. • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take extra care of your keys.
