This beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Marktrodach offers a relaxing stay for up to 6 guests amidst serene natural surroundings in Bavaria. Whether you’re travelling with family or friends, this second-floor apartment is the perfect home base for exploring or unwinding.  
  
The apartment features central heating, access to a shared garden, and a barbecue for cosy evenings outdoors. Kids will love the playground with sandpit, while indoor games like table football and table tennis keep everyone entertained. For added relaxation, a paid sauna is available.  
  
Just 300 m from the town centre, and 700 m from both supermarkets and a public swimming pool, everything you need is nearby. A peaceful forest (200 m) and a scenic lake (20 km) offer ideal spots for walking or picnicking. In winter, skiing and cross-country opportunities lie within 25 km.
