Very convenient location in edge of walking part of Old Town with parking in nearby mall. Room was nice size for 2 people. Convenient coffee station in lobby for self serve beverages.

Clean and very courteous staff. Rooms are nice. Close to everything. Parking lot paid at 15 Euros just 1 block away. Breakfast really good. Supermarket and stores right under.

Alle Angestellten waren wunderbar. Besonders gerne habe ich mich mit der jungen Frau unterhalten, die nachmittags arbeitete. Ich kann mich nicht an ihren Namen erinnern, aber sie war sehr hilfsbereit und gab mir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein.

Great hotel for easy access to tourist attractions
It's a very nice quiet and spacious hotel in a perfect situation in central Leipzig. A few meters away from Markt and 10 mins walk from the Station, most tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The Arthotel ANA Symphonie was nice for our 5-night stay in Leipzig. My complaints are just on some minor things. The room was a little small - we were in Germany for a decent amount of time and had full-size luggage, and it was a little challenging having room to open them. I was also disappointed that the room did not have a mini-fridge. The desk in the room had a cabinet that could fit one, but it was empty. We often purchase water (and often food) the night before if we have something going on the next day, so there was nowhere to keep beverages cold or food safe. It was also a little strange having to keep the television on in order to use the Wi-Fi. My husband went to sleep before me one night and I wanted to continue to use my phone, so I needed to have the TV on which was a pretty bright light if someone is trying to sleep. Overall, none of these things were major issues and I would still recommend the hotel - just some possible suggestions to the hotel for improvements and to guests to be aware of the lack of fridge. The room did have temperature control so that was really nice, especially because it was extremely hot outside. The bathroom was also pretty spacious and had a nice upper counter level to store belongings. The front desk staff always greeted us when we came and went and seemed pretty nice. Overall, a pretty nice hotel!

The reception area and lounge was stylish and the double bedroom was very comfortable. The walk in shower (wet room) was brilliant. There were no tea making facilities in the room, but there was free access to tea and coffee etc in the lounge. The hotel was very easy to access by public transport and conveniently located for exploring the town centre. The staff were helpful and courteous.

This is our second stay. We had 3 rooms, and friends of us additional 3 rooms. all have the same experience as we had. Perfect location. very specious rooms and bathroom. Very clean and helpful stuff. the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby makes you very happy in cold days. Prices are very reasonable to what you get. Really recommanded

Clean and convenient to old Leipzig
New hotel close to the main historic attractions in Leipzig but a few blocks from the main station. Excellent service at reception and during my stay. Hotel has great A/C - which can be hard to fine in summer over here. The king bed was a tight fit in the smallish room - made navigating around it awkward. Would have been nice to have a mini-bar/fridge; although there is a selection of beverages in the reception area, there are no snacks. So if you buy something at the Rewe (just down the street) it can't be refrigerated. Quite a few nice restaurants and shops close by, and the tourist info is through a little passage on the next street. If I stayed here again I would look into getting a larger room.

Great hotel close to all things in the city centre
Fantastic hotel in the city centre that makes it very convenient for any planned sightseeing and/or eating out. Loved the quirky interiors of the lobby too. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I would perhaps suggest to make the neon in front of the building slightly bigger, though. I missed it twice :)
