We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The front desk agent that checked us in (didn’t get her name) was so welcoming, helpful and sweet! Due to it being our first time visiting, she upgraded us to a King Suite! How wonderful of her. We loved the surrounding area which was safe, quiet and clean! Lastly, they also provided coupons to receive discounts to restaurants and attractions- this was outstanding! In all of my years of traveling, I’ve never seen this. Looking forward to staying in another location.

The property was clean. The employee who checked us in was nice We were unable to leave the hotel the entire night due to not being able to get a parking space when we came back. The lot was completely full. The staff did not try to control all the obnoxiously loud people staying at the hotel. There were kids running down the halls screaming and pounding on walls and throwing balls in the hallways. The parents were extremely loud as well. Breakfast was chaos with unruly kids everywhere. I do wish the hotel staff would have tried to at least quiet the residents down and enforce the no running in the hallways. The hotel itself was decent. The fitness center was rather dirty and unkept looking. The room was clean and nice. There was no ice machine in the building and the ice maker in the freezer didn’t work.

It is a safe and clean property. The 2 bedroom suite is spacious and good enough for 5 people. The location of hotel is very convenient for the shopping and eating. I will book this hotel again for my next Toronto trip.

Loved the hotel and room. Only reason i cant give a 5 star is because there were kids running the halls and knocking on doors, yelling and carrying on. I believe there was a sports tournament.

The hotel itself was fine. I would not recommend as I left a pair of pants in the room, and realized a few hours after leaving that I had left them on the bed. I called immediately upon noticing and was told when calling that it was not found upon cleaning and I must have left them somewhere else. This is very deceiptful, and the pair of pants I left behind retails for 170$. Don’t forget anything unless you want your things stolen!!

The property was ok. Rooms were outdated and dirty. Bugs on the bed. Trash from the last guest and hair on the towels. Dirty and foul smell in fridge and micowave. I was given a upgrade to a two bedroom two bathrooms. Both bathrooms water did not go down and were also dirty. Pros Close to restaurants and bed was comfortable. I would never stay again. This was the worst Sonesta I have been to all over the world.

Location is pretty good. Facility is alright. What put me off and question the cleanliness is that the garbage from previous guest were still in the garbage bins, used coffee grounds in the basket of the coffee maker.
