My experience checking in with Sam, could have been more pleasant as the interaction was not welcoming whatsoever. When I arrived at 10:45pm, I went to the front desk but noticed that she was typing rapidly, so I said hello and waited at the empty check-in counter. After some time, she looked up at me and asked me, if I needed anything and I told her that I needed to check in, to which she responded “Ya, that’s what I’m here for”, which I found off putting. She checked me in, told me where the elevators are, and after, I said, “thank you have a great night” she didn’t respond.
The employees working at the breakfast restaurant however, were AMAZING! I didn’t grab their names, but they were so kind and accommodating.
