Great breakfast! Great staff! And great room! Parking is a little bit hard but it’s great to have parking.
My overall stay was great, especially the bayside view! The staff were very helpful and courteous. However, the restroom had a stench that remained the entire time, despite using my personal room deodorizer.
I wanted to rent a car while in San Diego to explore it more but $20/night to park it at the hotel was definitely not going to happen.
The pool is on the second floor with no roof so you can enjoy the night lights
The property is perfect, everything is clean and best. The only thing which I don't like is the parking fee :).
The staff I interacted with were very nice and gracious. The only critique I have was check-in process. I stood there and was there no acknowledgement while I stood there patiently while front desk agent was helping another guest. At first I thought there just socializing, so I left the line to go ...
Wonderful location and staff were very inviting. The room was somewhat small but it was just right for someone who is mostly out enjoying San Diego.
Excellent stay as always! There were a few hiccups at check-in but the staff was very quick to remedy the problems and make sure the rest of my stay went smoothly.
I LOVED the location of the hotel. It was a close walk to Petco park and everything we wanted to see.
