No cleaning fee. New construction in 2019\. This modern 1100 sq. ft. single story ranch style home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our home has a beautiful large kitchen amply stocked for cooking needs. The living room and dining area are large and open with cozy and comfortable furnishings. We are approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite's main entrance (39 miles) along Hwy 140 which meanders through amazingly beautiful canyons with the Merced River in full view of your drive. My husband and I are retired and live on the adjacent property, so are available for any questions or concerns you may have. It was loved and cared for and exceeded our expectations so much so that we wanted to stay at the cozy little home more than going out to the National Parks. The location was great, beautiful secluded spot amongst the trees - I enjoyed my coffee on the porch, watching a hummingbird go about its business! The hosts are right next door if you need them and are quick to respond if you do. Both the El Portal/Rock Arch and South gates to Yosemite NP are an hour away in different directions, which isn’t too far really. The cabin itself is absolutely wonderful! It is so clean and tastefully decorated. There is great attention to detail and many amenities to make sure you will have everything you need! The kitchen is very well-stocked. The property is surrounded in trees that attract all sorts of different birds throughout the day, and the outdoor furnishings make it super easy to sit outside and relax while watching the nature. Inside, the cabin is super cozy. There’s a large, open living room and kitchen area equipped with just about anything you may want, whether for cooking or general entertainment. The hosts provided a nice variety of snacks, coffee, tea, and other amenities. There are lots of windows throughout the entire property which give a great view of the nature outside. The rooms were also very nice with comfortable beds. ##### Michael M.
