No cleaning fee. New construction in 2019\. This modern 1100 sq. ft. single story ranch style home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our home has a beautiful large kitchen amply stocked for cooking needs. The living room and dining area are large and open with cozy and comfortable furnishings. We are approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite's main entrance (39 miles) along Hwy 140 which meanders through amazingly beautiful canyons with the Merced River in full view of your drive. My husband and I are retired and live on the adjacent property, so are available for any questions or concerns you may have. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The perfect place to unwind after long hikes in the park! The cabin is about a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from the park. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming, and every detail—from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds—made our trip feel special. The property is surrounded in trees that attract all sorts of different birds throughout the day, and the outdoor furnishings make it super easy to sit outside and relax while watching the nature. The hosts provided a nice variety of snacks, coffee, tea, and other amenities. There are lots of windows throughout the entire property which give a great view of the nature outside. The house is just stunning. The house is clean, well appointed, very comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! It is a bit of a drive to Yosemite…but the views on the drive are amazing.
