Rental agreement is required with ID verification. Pet Policy: Absolutely no pets. A few problem, only bathroom on the main floor was in the master bedroom, A few items where broke such as the suitcase stand in the basement, the fan in the main living room only had 3 blades and the latch on the screen door didn't work.
