My husband and I purchased tickets to see Rhonda Vincent at the Lincoln Theater in Marion about a month ago. So we were on the hunt for a place to stay. We enjoy staying in houses/ cabins rather than hotels because we like to cook, sit by the fire and just enjoy ourselves. So when we found this place we thought it fit the bill. When we arrived Wednesday evening it really was perfect. Everything, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and living room, were spotless. The fire pit was exactly as described. We enjoyed cooking out meals over the fire pit, sitting by the fire and also the nightly visit from 2 beautiful deer. If we ever want to catch a show at the Lincoln Theater again, we will surely stay here. It was only 9 minutes from the Theater and 11 from the grocery stores. Very convenient. Overall a fabulous trip that I would recommend to anyone! ##### Christine F. The rental had most normal things, but no iron. Unfortunately, the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival and were absolutely filthy with excessive amounts of hair. We were able to find additional clean sheets to replace them with. The master bath was also quite dirty. Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was great, but communication after letting the owner know of our findings was nonexistent.
