"What sets this property apart is the outstanding customer service and attention details. The Staff, Property, rooms, pools, dining and spa were all above expectations. "
"The owner and family were so nice to us at our stay. The property is beautiful and the food was so good. It was an awesome time to be at this place for our first time in costa rica! "
"We loved our stay here. Our room had plenty of space, it was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there was great seating in front and back of our unit. We saw macaws, tucans and squirrel monkeys from the front and back patio areas! What a treat. "

"This place was stunning. The villa was huge, 2 bedrooms and large kitchen. The ceilings were massive creating a really open feeling. The concierge was always there to help you answer any questions. The marina had a lot of construction but the noise wasn’t an issue. "
"We really enjoyed our stay. Great customer service from every staff member we interacted with. We loved having access to the beach nearby. Happy hour every afternoon by the pool. Lots of wildlife just at our balcony, including sloths, toucans, and monkeys. We loved the stunning ocean view! Decent breakfast buffet included. We had dinner once on site which was ok. Enjoyed my massage. Johnny was great in helping us book our excursion. "
"Very nice spot next to some great restaurants (Soda Sanchez particularly). It’s pretty and decorated nicely. Came here with my girlfriend for 3 days. The nook upstairs is wonderful and so are the staff. It’s gated for security and has really good coffee for guests- for free! Would come back again."
"Because of the humidity the floor in our room on the first floor kept getting wet and slippery. So I would suggest not to book the first floor. The guest service was excellent and they switched us to a different room and even provided a fan as the ceiling fan was not working that well. Everyone that works there was very nice and helpful. The property is being well maintened. Every time we walked outside there were always people taking care of the greenery there or putting pavers in or wiping the glass on the balconies. The beach by it is only 10-15 mins walk and it’s well worth it. The calmest ocean waters I’ve ever been in. The resort is super pretty and we saw tons or animals on the property."
"Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. They had pre prepared cocktails for us, a eucalyptus wet towel, and went over their amenities and services they provide. The room was very spacious, clean, incredibly comfortable .pool was great. We saw about a dozen spider moneys in the trees 20’ from the pool area. Restaurant service was top notch and the food was delicious. Breakfast was 10/10! Highly recommend. I would absolutely go back. They also provide free shuttle service to Manuel Antonio park and the beach every hour of the day "
"We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating to our late check in and the service was incredible. We were immediately greeted and given a map of Quepos along with the knowledge of everything that was around. Drinks were amazing and the constant wildlife present at our stay made it that much more special. The treetop canopy did have an uphill walk to get to, but it was so worth it as our room and balcony was right in front of a scarlet macaw nest. Our room was clean and beautiful! When looking for excursions, staff was incredibly knowledgeable of everything to do nearby and even booked it for us! An incredibly unique stay with above and beyond service and beauty, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Pura Vida"

10/10 Excellent
"I found this property when I was looking for something in Quepos, but this property is definitely not located there. If you are looking for a private getaway in the mountain rainforest then this is the location you’ve dreamed about. It is secluded and quite, except for the sound of the river rushing in the distance and the birds and frogs chirping all around. The property and José are the shining star of our entire stay. I haven’t mentioned the private waterfall a short hike from the home. All of our plans changed when we were taken to this hidden gem. We decided to avoid the crowded beaches in Manual Antonio and busy traffic because we could swim in a waterfall with no one else around. As for the home, it is a bit like staying at your grandparents house. A thoughtful home that is open to the surrounding beauty with screened walls and many little nooks to sit and relax in. It is comfortable you have all you need including a washer AND dryer. The host will make sure you have all of the information you need to get to the home and ensures you are happy throughout the stay. We did have Cleo cook for us our last night there and I wish we would have had her cook for us more often. The food was delicious I did not have to clean the kitchen afterwards (she left it spotless) and it cost us less than going out to eat at a restaurant.I will plan to return to this home again in the future. It is a must if you want piece and quite in beautiful surroundings. "
