House "Nancy". 2 km from the centre of Vinišće, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (32 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. 25 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 4.2 km, restaurant 2.2 km, bus stop "Milasi 2" 130 m, pebble beach 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 23 km from the property.  
3-room house 58 m2\. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Deck chairs (6).
