The location in Marina was ideal, perfectly situated close to grocery and plenty of specialty stores so that we could find the ingredients we needed. In the house, the kitchen was small, but it is well-appointed with very nice cookware, and we actually had everything we needed to make use of it as our kitchen home-away-from-home.While we were there, we had a number of family & friends stop by to say hi, and every last one of them was totally blown away by how great the house and yard were, as well as the amazingly atractive and yet comfortable decor.Our family would absolutely consider renting from the host again, the next time we're in the area! ##### Eric C. The house met all of our needs. When we arrived the smell was aromatic and clean. We noticed a few ants in the kitchen on in the cabinets but not a really big deal. We went to run the heat the first night and the airflow was terrible so I looked at the filter in the hall way ceiling return grill and it was completely plugged so I bought a new one and changed it for you. I left the old one in the garage by the washer and dryer. The master bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced also. We enjoyed the nicely landscaped yard and the home in a quiet neighborhood.
