« Communication was fine and helpful until the day of check in. I was supposed to receive a email with codes to the rooms and the front door 1 hour before check in and didn’t receive them at all. Once arrived at the location I had to wait 30 minutes outside with my family waiting for codes that did not even work to get into the building. Finally received a code that worked, within 5 minutes of being inside we witnessed a roach, floor boards were poorly cleaned, furniture was very poorly cleaned...

« I booked this “hotel” thinking it was part of a known hotel chain. It turns out to be a random guest house hiding behind a misleading, almost-identical name. The minute you book, you get a text from a random number demanding a photo of your driver’s license. No explanation, no professionalism, just a sketchy text message asking for personal info. « Le Logement est propre, avec ce qu'il faut pour rester quelques nuits et visiter los Angeles. (Toilette, douche, micro onde, frigo) Environ a 40 min en voiture du centre de Los Angeles. Je ne sais pas s'il y a des transports publics, nous ne les avons pas utilisé. 1 Place de parking devant le logement. Juan, l'hôte est sympathique et réactif ! Nous avons communiqué très facilement ! Les lieux sont mignons et accueillant. Endroit calme et reposant. »
