"Room was not cleaned, like the floor was not sweeped or mopped so it was sticky and dirty. The restroom counter sink was not cleaned or wiped down, still even had someone dried contact lenses stuck to it. They only provided limited towels through the stay and they were stained, even when extras requested. At least the bed looked cleaned and the water heater was working. You get what you pay for right? The residents there where very loud through the night, doors slamming and very loud after midnight. The AC unit was vibrating and humming so loud everytime the compressor will turn on, like it was going to fall out of the wall. Just be prepared to smell inside the rooms unless maybe you had to request non smoking room? The breakfast was not so bad and typical standard options of food. Book if in a pinch but I would definitely look to spend more else where next time."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. However, the street noise made it very hard to get a good nights rest."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere, especially the outdoor fire pit area with a great view. However, there were several disappointing aspects during our stay. Self-parking was extremely expensive at $56 per night, which felt excessive. There was also no bell service available to help with luggage, making check-in and unloading difficult. I was surprised that the sauna required an additional $20 per person to use, considering amenities like this are often included at hotels in this price range. The toiletries were also not great — the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling very dry afterward. One of the biggest letdowns was the outdoor seating area by the fire pit. While the setting was beautiful, the chairs and pillows were noticeably dirty with bird droppings, which made it hard to fully enjoy the space. Overall, the property has potential, but better cleanliness, included amenities, and improved guest services would make a huge difference."

"Yes you check in at the gas station! That’s ok, gas station is also a good minimart. There is no after hours clerk and gas station attendant didn’t understand that he had our keys. Room was ok, property is quite dated, but is kept up well. Gas is cheapest at their station!"
