It is a newly finished apartment on the ground floor with direct entrance from the street. The apartment has a private parking lot behind the building. Apartment has everything you might need for your stay. It has two seperate rooms: living room with dining space and kitchen; bedroom with a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything for cooking (toaster,frying pan, kettle,Nespresso coffee machine, electric stove, electric oven, etc.) Self check-in from 15:00 Self Check-out up to 11:00 Early check in from 12 a.m – 15€. Late check out up to 14 p.m – 15€. This property does not host parties, bachelor parties, or similar events. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Please enter your details in the request box at the time of booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided on the booking confirmation. Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that meeting special requests is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
