This tranquil oasis comprises 30 elegantly appointed apartments and studios. While a car is not necessary, it is recommended to explore the wonders of the island. This elegant studio, designed to accommodate two people, is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the secure pool and the beach through the terrace. The interior includes a bright and airy living space, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a 160 cm Murphy bed, offering a stunning view of the pool with no overlooking. The fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, American refrigerator, electric hob, and Nespresso machine, allows guests to prepare delicious meals to enjoy on the covered terrace, set up for outdoor dining and relaxation. A large smart TV with Orange channels also provides additional entertainment for moments of relaxation. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine for optimal comfort. Guests can also enjoy the residence's pool, a refreshing oasis secured by a barrier, measuring 10m x 5m and treated with chlorine. Additionally, a large area with sun loungers by the pool offers an ideal spot to relax and sunbathe, with direct access to the beach. At the airport roundabout, take the first exit to join the RN7 towards Marigot. Continue on the RN7 following signs for Marigot until you reach Marigot. From Hollande Street, turn left onto Sandy Ground Street. The Pirate residence will be on your right after a roundabout, with free parking just in front.  
  
From Saint Martin Grand Case Airport, you're just 9.8 km away from the apartment: leave the airport and follow the signs - Grand Case, Marigot. Cross Grand Case, then Marigot, and the Pirate residence will be on your right at the exit of Marigot waterfront.
