NEW for 4p Bellevue district All is new in this superb 1 bdr apt on the 1st floor (2nd floor for us people) of a small building in a secure residence in front of the lagoon swimming pool Large terrace, amazing view sunset Living room with convertible sofa for 2p, connected TV, fully equipped kitchen Modular room with a choice of 2 single beds or a king size bed. Connected TV. Small balcony. Bathroom with shower. Separate WC Wifi, A/C, parking stores within walking distance close to town center   
  
 Guests can access to the whole condo and the swimming pool   
  
 The lagoon isn't swimmable Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. The accommodation is equipped with a water reserve which can help you out in the event of a water cut. There may also be power outages. These are the downsides of island life! We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability   
  
 Very close to stores of Bellevue : Monoprix, drugstore you have a car park space in the residence It is highly recommended to rent a car to explore the island. Don't hesitate to ask us for discount codes with our partners.   
  
 Newly furnished and decorated with great care, The Léandra welcomes you up to 4 people facing the Bellevue lagoon a few minutes from Marigot and the Dutch side. This one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor (2nd floor for us people) of a small building offers you an exceptional setting by the lagoon. Imagine yourself on the large terrace, sipping your traditional holiday aperitif while admiring the magical sunsets over the lagoon. The living room is bright and spacious, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the lounge area. The latter allows 2 people to sleep in the convertible sofa facing a large connected TV. A large bay window opens onto the large terrace with a dining area and a water tank which will help you out in the event of water cuts inherent to island life. The room will welcome you for your greatest comfort. You can choose your configuration: 2 single beds or a large double bed, depending on your preferences. It also has a small private balcony, perfect for getting some fresh air in the morning. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower. As for the WC, they are separate and located in the entrance to the accommodation for greater convenience. Take advantage of wifi to stay connected and air conditioning for a pleasant stay, even on hot days. The residence is secure and has a beautiful swimming pool facing the lagoon. You will benefit from a private parking space. The location is ideal: you will be close to shops, restaurants and a few steps from the city center. Everything is at hand to make your stay unforgettable. Linen is provided free of charge (bath towels, beach towels and sheets). Our CAP SXM concierge service is at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you, provide delivery services, organize your activities or manage any possible hazards. Shops and center of Marigot within walking distance Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production problems which cause water cuts from time to time. To avoid the inconvenience, we installed a cistern to have water during these outages.   
  
 Before and during your stay, we are attentive to the needs of our travelers and provide them with advice for an unforgettable experience.
