We're located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building. River Port - a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property. Dock Side - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property. . Harbor Master - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space. Captain's Quarters - a luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space. Mat was terrible to stand on. Safety bars should be installed.We never were able to connect Roku.Parking spaces unmarked and uneven unsafe pavement.
