We and VRBO couldn't reach the host by phone or messages. I received check-in details 3 days before travel. I paid the final rental payment the day before the deadline/check-in and there was no communication from the host to indicate that the reservation would need cancelled. VRBO kept us on the phone for an hour while in the vicinity of the cabin. We didn't want to stay in the local dog-friendly hotel for our getaway, so we drove 2.5 hours home. There was no apology or explanation from the host. Book this cabin at your own risk. ##### JayCee B. The cabin was not unlocked but Brittany came right over and let us in.over and let us in. ##### Jessica W.
